She wanted to invest in a high-quality apartment building that was both attractive to renters and financially sustainable. We designed a stylish, functional four-story development with 14 apartments, a gym, and ample parking tailored to meet Navy housing standards, unlocking an exclusive tenant base. Through careful planning and budget-conscious design, we turned this client's vision into a profitable long-term investment.
