When this client sought a new headquarters for his growing business, he needed a space that was as creative as his work. We designed a striking six-story office building featuring open-plan workspaces, a grand showroom for his furniture collections, and a rooftop garden. Rotated geometric elements create shaded outdoor spaces, while an elegant entrance staircase welcomes clients. With flexible layouts and smart parking solutions, the building not only reflects Rashid’s artistic brand but also enhances his customers' experience.
